Barton Creek Plaza is a three-story office building located at 3755 S. Capital of Texas Highway. Several retail projects and restaurants are nearby, and the building offers convenient access to Loop 360, Highway 71 and Mopac Expressway. Although Barton Creek Plaza offers greenbelt views and thoughtfully landscaped grounds, the building is only minutes away from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. The building contains more than 75,000 square feet of well-maintained space, and the parking lot provides more than three spaces for every 1,000 square feet of office space. What Work Did Alpha Perform?
The job entailed milling almost 38,000 square feet of asphalt and replacing it to a depth of 1.5 inches. We then installed two speed bumps. New pavement markings, including those for the fire lane, and new parking space stripes were applied per the existing layout.
We were able to complete the work in a single phase on Oct. 21, 2018. Minimizing the disruption to the building’s tenants and their clients was of extreme importance. The key to providing quality, speedy work was ongoing communication between HPI’s Shane Ellis and our team.
