The Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden offers a wide selection of craft beers, fresh-baked artisan bread, locally produced smoked meats and sausages, pretzels, and a variety of other ingredients that make its menu very popular with Austinites. They also have a wholesale division to provide their bread to many upscale hotels, grocers, and restaurants in the Austin area. Although Alpha Paving had never performed any work for Easy Tiger, when the city ruled that the bakery’s entrance ramp did not comply with the regulations for accessibility, Easy Tiger asked us to remedy the problem.

What Work Did Alpha Paving Perform at the Easy Tiger?
Our mission was to provide the customer with an ADA-compliant entrance ramp. Working without a subcontractor, we completed all work in two days.
On the first day, we demolished the existing ramp and cleared the area for the installation of a new ramp. After taking careful measurements to ensure that the slope and other elements would be correct, we proceeded to pour the new ramp. On the second day, we returned to evaluate our work and clean up the site thoroughly. As always, it was a pleasure to work with a new customer and to deliver exceptional results.
