Every paving or maintenance project starts with a site inspection. At Alpha Paving, we consider this step very important. It allows us to identify the specific needs of your property and prepare a recommendation that aligns with your budget, timeline, and future goals.
If you are a property owner, these are the steps that you can anticipate during the process:
Scheduling the Inspection
Scheduling a site visit is very simple. Once you get in contact with our team, we will plan a day and time to come to assess your pavement, identify any concerns, and note down any information needed to give an estimate and recommendation that would fit the property.
On Site Evaluation
At the site, we thoroughly inspect your pavement to identify issues. We look for cracks, potholes, poor drainage, faded line markings, or any signs of base or structural problems. We also review the accessibility of the site, traffic flow, and compliance with ADA if needed.
Identifying the Right Solution
Every property is different, so finding the solution can be difficult. To decide what your pavement really needs, we look at the level of deterioration and come up with the most suitable solution among a few options: ongoing maintenance, targeted repairs, resurfacing, or full replacement. We also explain how we came to that decision.
Estimating Costs
After we complete the inspection, we prepare an estimate that covers what we plan to do, the choices of materials, and the project timeline. We then review it with you, so you know exactly what’s included and have the opportunity to ask any questions before we proceed with the project.
Planning the Next Steps
If you decide to move forward with the project, our team will work with you to coordinate scheduling, finalize the scope of work, and prepare to get started and keep you informed during the process.
